Cream Cheese Frosting

- 1/2 cup Unsalted vegan butter
- 8 oz Vegan cream cheese
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract or vegan butter vanilla emulsion OliveNation
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 4 cup powdered sugar
Cut butter into small pieces and combine with cream cheese using a hand blender or a stand mixer. Blend until creamy and light.
Add vanilla and salt to the creamy mixture and blend in. I highly recommend using butter vanilla emulsion, like OliveNation, for a rich buttery taste.
Gradually add the powdered sugar to the mixture on low until it all comes lusciously together. Add more powdered sugar to make it sweeter and thicker for piping.
Make sure your cupcakes and cakes are cool before you frost them.
