Cream Cheese Frosting

Equipment
- 1 stand mixer or hand blender
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Unsalted vegan butter
- 8 oz Vegan cream cheese
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract or
vegan butter vanilla emulsion OliveNation - 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Cut butter into small pieces and combine with cream cheese using a hand blender or a stand mixer. Blend until creamy and light.
- Add vanilla and salt to the creamy mixture and blend in. I highly recommend using butter vanilla emulsion, like OliveNation, for a rich buttery taste.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar to the mixture on low until it all comes lusciously together. Add more powdered sugar to make it sweeter and thicker for piping.
- Make sure your cupcakes and cakes are cool before you frost them.
