Here is something that’s easy, nutritious, and extremely kid-friendly!
1 tortilla, uncooked or cooked
1 tbsp kale, finely chopped
1 – 2 tbsp of vegan shredded cheese
1/2 tsp garlic oil (optional)
I use uncooked tortillas, but cooked tortillas will also serve the purpose.
Cook or heat up tortilla in a pan.
Brush with garlic oil.
Sprinkle vegan cheese on half of the tortilla.
Add kale on top of the cheese.
Then fold the tortilla in half and allow the cheese to melt. Flip the tortilla couple of times to ensure it doesn’t burn.
Enjoy with salsa.
