Here is something that’s easy, nutritious and extremely kid-friendly!
1 tortilla, uncooked or cooked
1 tbsp kale, finely chopped
1 – 2 tbsp of vegan shredded cheese
1/2 tsp garlic oil (optional)
I used uncooked tortilla but cooked tortilla will also serve the purpose.
Cook or heat up tortilla in a pan.
Brush with garlic oil.
Sprinkle vegan cheese on half of the tortilla.
Add kale on top of the cheese.
Then fold the tortilla in half and allow cheese to melt. Flip tortilla couple of times to ensure it doesn’t burn.
Enjoy with salsa.
